These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Organ360.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You may not use Organ360 for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the service or other users.

Subscription fees are billed as described at signup. All prices are placeholders until final pricing is published.

All rights, title and interest in Organ360, including trademarks, code and content, remain the property of Organ360.

Either party may terminate the agreement with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease.

Organ360's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
