The employees directory lists everyone on the team with their role and contact details — the HR foundation other features build on (attendance, incentives, payroll hooks).

Manage the team
Add employees — name, role, contact; they become selectable for assignments and incentives.
Attendance — track who was in, per day (attendance menu may need enabling for your role).
Incentives — link agent performance to payouts; entries surface under My Activities for the agent.
Access
HRM is gated by permission — grant `feature.hrm_manager` to the roles that manage people.
Employees are HR records, not login users — invite login users from the avatar menu / user management instead.
