Setting up courier integrations
Connect your courier partners, print labels and track parcels automatically from the order screen.
This is a preview draft. Final product behaviour may differ before release.
Choose your courier adapter
The Courier Mesh, or SHP, module gives you one interface for many couriers. Out of the box it supports Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, eCourier, Paperfly and Sundarban. You can also add a generic international adapter.
Pick the couriers that cover your delivery areas. Use the courier scorecard in the ANA dashboard to compare success rates, average delivery time and return rates.
Book and label
When an order reaches the Ready for Dispatch status, the system can book the parcel with the selected courier in one click. It prints the shipping label and packing slip and stores the tracking code against the order.
Bulk handover lets you process many orders at once. Select the orders, choose the courier and generate all labels in a batch. This is much faster than booking parcels one by one.
Tracking and webhooks
Couriers send status updates through webhooks or API polling. Organ360 maps these updates to the order state machine automatically. When the courier marks a parcel as Shipped, In Transit or Delivered, the CRM reflects it.
Customers can receive WhatsApp or SMS updates without manual work. This improves delivery experience and reduces confirmation and follow-up load on your team.
NDR and reattempt
If a delivery fails, the parcel goes into the NDR queue. NDR means Non-Delivery Report. You can decide to reattempt, reschedule, call the customer or return the parcel.
The NDR queue keeps failed deliveries visible so they are not forgotten. Every reattempt and its result is logged for future analysis.
COD remittance and scorecard
For cash-on-delivery orders, the COD Remittance module imports settlement files from the courier and matches each AWB to the right order. It flags short-paid, missing or duplicate entries so you can dispute them.
Over time, the courier scorecard shows which partner pays on time, delivers fast and returns the fewest parcels. Use this data to renegotiate rates or move more volume to your best courier.
