Delete your Organ360 account

Delete from the app

1. Open the Organ360 app and log in.
2. Open the product picker and choose Consumer (or open account.organ360.com in a browser and log in).
3. Go to Settings → Delete account and confirm.

Delete by email

If you cannot log in, email support@organ360.com from the email address or phone number registered to your account with the subject line “Delete my account”.

What is deleted

• Your login credentials and profile (name, email, phone)
• Your product links and access to Organ360 apps
• Notification settings, push device registrations, and saved preferences

What is kept

• Order, payment, and accounting records that businesses are required to retain under tax and financial regulations (kept up to 5 years)
• Anonymised, aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you
